ACCESS STATEMENT

Gwyndra House Bed and Breakfast

There is parking off road to Gwyndra House, a short walk from the car to the front door on a flat and level tarmac drive.

We have a wide door entrance to the hall and dining room which is on the ground floor.

Guest’s bedrooms are up a flight of 17 stairs with a banister and handrails to the first floor. We have three guest bedrooms each have en – suites with fitted showers.

Guests have there own exit which leads them down another 17 steps outside to the back of the house, these also have handrails. All outside areas are light up once it is dark.
